This year, Reading Community Learning Centre is taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge, where every donation made during the campaign will be doubled.
Before the campaign begins, we need to secure £1,250 in pledges.
What is a pledge?
A pledge isn’t a donation today. It is simply a promise to donate after the Big Give Christmas Challenge if your pledge has been used as match funding.
Your pledge will help unlock:
£1,250 from supporters
£1,250 from a Big Give Champion
£2,500 from public donations
Together this creates £5,000 to support local ethnic minority, migrant, refugee and asylum-seeking women.
Your support will help women:
Learn English
Access vocational courses
Receive advice and guidance
Improve their health and wellbeing
Access our free onsite crèche
Build confidence, friendships and brighter futures for themselves and their families.
