Reading Community Learning Centre warmly invites our learners, members, partners, supporters and friends to join us for our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date: Tuesday 1 December 2026
Time: 11:30am–1:00pm
Venue: Quakers Meeting House, Church Street, Reading, RG1 2SB
Our AGM is an important opportunity to come together and reflect on another busy year at RCLC. We will share our 2025/26 Annual Report and Accounts, celebrate what has been achieved over the past year and look ahead to the future of the Centre. We are also delighted that the Right Worshipful Mayor of Reading, Councillor Paul Gittings, will welcome guests at the start of the meeting.
Most importantly, the AGM is a chance to hear directly from the people at the heart of RCLC. Following the formal business, some of our learners and volunteers will share their experiences and speak about what RCLC has meant to them. Afterwards, everyone is warmly invited to stay, meet one another and enjoy a buffet lunch together.
Have Your Say
We value the views of our community and welcome questions about RCLC and our work. If you would like to submit a question to the Board in advance of the AGM, please email Aisha Malik, CEO, at aishamalik@rclc.org.uk.
RCLC members will also be able to vote in the Trustee elections and on other formal AGM business. Membership is free and open to everyone. If you would like to become a member, please contact Hema Sundhararajan at hema@rclc.org.uk for a membership form.
