Our Pre-Entry Conversation Class had a fantastic visit to Reading Central Library, where they received such a warm welcome from the wonderful library team. 💗

The women were given a tour of the library, introduced to the different resources and services available, and supported to register and receive their very own library cards.

For women who are new to Reading and still developing their English, visits like this are so important. They build confidence and independence, help women become familiar with local services, provide opportunities to practise English in real-life situations and encourage them to feel part of the wider Reading community.

A huge thank you to the Reading Central Library team for being so welcoming, patient and supportive of our learners. Our women thoroughly enjoyed their visit and are looking forward to putting their new library cards to good use! 📖❤️
