Exciting News! We’re in the Tesco Stronger Starts Customer Vote

Reading Community Learning Centre is thrilled to announce that we’ve been successfully selected for the Tesco Stronger Starts customer vote in local Tesco stores!

Voting will take place in store from the first week of October 2025 until mid-January 2026.

Our Project: Her Words, Her World

Empowering migrant, refugee and asylum-seeking women through English conversation classes with free crèche support — helping them to connect, gain confidence and build brighter futures.

How It Works

The project with the most votes across the Reading Region will receive up to £1,500, second place up to £1,000, and third place £500.
