Reading Community Learning Centre (RCLC) warmly invites our learners, volunteers, trustees, supporters, community partners and friends to join us for our 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 1st December 2026.
Our AGM is a wonderful opportunity to come together, reflect on another busy and successful year, celebrate the achievements of the women we support and thank everyone who has contributed to making our work possible.

Celebrating Another Year of Making a Difference
During the meeting, we will share highlights from our 2025/26 Annual Report, reflecting on the difference RCLC has made to the lives of women and their families across Reading.
We are particularly looking forward to hearing directly from some of our wonderful learners and volunteers, who will share their personal experiences, achievements and journeys with RCLC.
The AGM is also an opportunity to hear about our plans for the future and share your thoughts and ideas about how we can continue supporting and empowering women through education, friendship, confidence-building and opportunities.
Following the meeting, everyone is warmly invited to stay for a delicious buffet lunch, providing a lovely opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, meet new people and celebrate together.
Everyone Is Welcome!
We would love you to join us, whether you are a current or former learner, volunteer, supporter, partner organisation or simply interested in finding out more about our work.
RCLC membership is free and open to everyone. Members are entitled to vote in trustee elections and other formal AGM business.
